Biography

• Matthew Henriques works two jobs in marketing in the automotive and carbon capture industries.
• He’s determined to help Markham-Thornhill bounce back and make it a better place for people to live, work and raise a family.
• Matthew was born, raised, and lives in Markham-Thornhill, and has frequently supported its small businesses.
• Henriques learned how to skate and attended summer camps in the area, and went on to teach those same skills to community members for the City of Markham as a learn-to skate instructor at Thornhill Community Centre, Clatworthy Arena, as well as Milliken Mills Community Centre where he was a summer camp counsellor.
