Marit Stiles and Ontario NDP call on Prime Minister to support federal NDP motion on Israel and Palestine

Marit Stiles and the Ontario NDP Official Opposition Caucus have sent a letter to the Prime Minister, urging him and all federal MPs to support the NDP's push for Canada to take immediate action to end the violence in Gaza.

With the humanitarian crisis worsening, Marit Stiles and the Ontario NDP Caucus stress the importance of Canada's role in advocating for peace and human rights, and highlight the need for action as the House of Commons prepares to vote on the matter on March 18, 2024.
